A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS, Livingston is honored and proud to be home to the great wrestler, Larry Quisel, winner of two NCAA All-American awards and member of the Pac-10 Wrestling All-Academic Team;

WHEREAS, Larry's Quisel's awesome achievements have earned him the respect of his opponents, the dedication of his fans, and are a tribute to his self-discipline, family, friends, coaches and mentors;

WHEREAS, Larry Quisel's hard work, perseverance, courage and will are an inspiration to all citizens, young and old alike;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, MIKE DOYLE, Chairman of the Livingston City Commission, do hereby proclaim Wednesday, March 29, 2000 to be

Larry Quisel Day

in the city of Livingston, in recognition of his wonderful accomplishments, and I urge all our citizens to follow his example and promote the importance and enjoy the benefits of the physical fitness programs available in our community.
